About Us
We are an off-grid, homesteading family turned micro-enterprise, living out our dream life on the land in Fairfield, IA. Our journey began in 2020 when we set out to embrace a more natural, community-centered lifestyle. We discovered that brewing kombucha was the perfect way to share our gratitude and connect with the wonderful new friends and neighbors who helped us settle in.
Practices
Made from a carefully selected blend of green and black tea, our kombucha is raw, organic, and brewed in small batches to ensure superior quality and flavor. Each batch is thoughtfully fermented for 12–14 days, allowing live cultures to thrive and unlocking the full potential of this naturally fizzy beverage. We go beyond the basics by infusing our brews with medicinal botanicals and medicinal mushrooms. These powerful ingredients work synergistically with kombucha’s natural fermentation to enhance nutrient bioavailability, ensuring your body absorbs all the benefits with ease.
